    Checked your profile in the admin panel and it says:

    Avatars
    User has no avatar

    You can upload another one by going to "Settings" in the top right corner, click that and then on the right side find "My Settings"


    My Profile
    Edit Profile
    Edit Profile Picture
    Edit Avatar
    Edit Signature
    Profile Privacy

    Click "edit avatar" and you can add one there. IDK where your avatar went but that's how to add it back. Hope this helps.
