New member trying to upload images

Kevin download a photo editors and reduce the size to 400x400 then most of the time they open full..sometimes not...sorry for the issues...but again the sofeware here is out of date...and the membership does not have the funding to update.

My uploading photos permission has apparently not been activated yet. I also cannot see attachments that I may have already uploaded.
I guess that staff will get around to opening doors for me at some point. Looking forward to it.
This will be a good incentive for this me as a new member to take better images for my own files too.
